  1. Speaker identification

I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

  2. Saved Speaker Name Library with Voice Matching

Create a saved library of speaker names for quick selection. Ideally, this feature would work with voice recognition so Hinote can automatically match and assign the correct name from the library based on the speaker’s voice.

  3. Combine multiple recordings for 1 summary

While in a call if by mistake you interrupt recording and then start again to record, it will be helpful to have a feature to directly be able to combine multiple recordings and compile for 1 summary.

  4. Mind map summary format (visual overview)

It would be great to offer an optional mind map-style summary, similar to what PLAUD AI provides. This format gives a clear and visual structure to the conversationβ€”breaking down key topics, subtopics, and connections between ideas. For users dealing with complex calls or meetings, a mind map can improve understanding, memory retention, and even presentation to colleagues or clients.

  5. ASk AI as a must have

Guys, I love this product and would like to purchase it. The only thing that concerns me is the lack of the ask-ai feature, which allows us to speed up our workflow by avoiding having to listen every time we have a question, when we could simply ask and get an answer. To be honest, that's why I continue to use Otter.ai, even though it doesn't have the ability to record audio using AirPods. Please consider adding this feature and you will gain more and more customers. Thanks

  6. Rename recordings before summarizing

In the β€œRecordings” tab, all files currently have default names like β€œ20250604-161356-Rec87.hda,” which makes it hard to identify them quickly. It would be very helpful to allow users to rename a recording manually before summarizing it, directly from the interface. This small improvement would make it easier to organize and locate specific meetings, especially for users handling multiple recordings per day.

  8. Integrate with Google Drive

I want to integrate this with Google Drive so that I can use my GPT sub to manage my workflows, tasks, and due outs across multiple projects. This would be beneficial to anyone in a management position who spends most of their time in meetings to give taskings to their teams.

  11. Splitting Recording & Transcription

My team uses a number of HiDocks and HiNotes Pro and have been getting great value from the AI transcription and Note Summary tools. We've had a number of cases were we had two meetings back to back that were unrelated and we would like to be able to split them into two different meetings as they were unrelated. Of course, this will help to ensure the summary and actions are not combined. Can you help with this?

  13. Edit Transcription mid-Sentences

I've used Otter AI exclusively up to this point and while I see some similarities between this product and theirs, but you are missing a CRITICAL feature when it comes to editing the transcript. It's nice that the software will break up the transcript based on its analysis of who is the speaker, and that I can update the speakers with names and even edit the transcription if it didn't translate correctly - BUT I am noticing a crucial miss. There is a portion of my recording where the software is indicating a particular portion of the conversation was all from 1 speaker, but in reality it was speaker 1 and 2. I am trying to edit that particular sentence (really sentenceS since it was a combination of 2 people speaking) and while I can edit the text, I don't see the the ability to break up that sentence by multiple speakers: EX. the sentence in question goes as follows: the HiNotes app shows this all as speaker 2 "Please open the file is it Prod Dim Final" in reality speaker 2 said "please open the file" and I (speaker 1) said "Is it Prod Dim Final?" but all I can do is edit the text. I can't break up the sentence up by speaker and then designate who said what, which is HUGE miss. Please incorporate ASAP. I want to keep using the product otherwise it will just sit and collect dust - but I don't want to record a bunch of jumbled up conversations that I would then have to go back and edit way after the fact - it will just be a waste of my "valuable" Pro-Membership "quota"

  14. Support for direct uploads to platforms like Google Drive.

It would be very helpful if these could be setup and mapped to export automatically to google drive. Mapped meaning I could choose if I wanted "ALL" or just the transcriptions/recordings from a certain folder. Is there already support for exporting to Google drive?

  15. Turn off "Mute/Unmute" audio alert.

On the settings, I'd like to be able to turn off that voice that says "mute / unmute" or at least change it to a very subtle chime... like the one you have with AirPods.....
