Submit IdeaIntegrate with Other AI ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude/MS Copilot for Querying
I love this tool. BUT I would love to use this with my preferred AI for querying and using in various ways for work and personal life. I will pay more for this. I don't mind.

Mind map summary format (visual overview)
It would be great to offer an optional mind map-style summary, similar to what PLAUD AI provides. This format gives a clear and visual structure to the conversation—breaking down key topics, subtopics, and connections between ideas. For users dealing with complex calls or meetings, a mind map can improve understanding, memory retention, and even presentation to colleagues or clients.

Add 2FA
Add 2FA to login, please. I really don’t feel safe about keeping my transcripts online without 2FA, and there’s no option to have them offline in an offline app.

Make HiNotes available as a Claude Connector
Make HiNotes available as a Claude Connector to enable greater use of notes, such as adding to Claude Cowork workflows for daily summaries, or program progress updates across multiple meetings.

Microsoft Planner/To do Integration
I Think it would be great if you consider a To Do or Planner Integration. The To do Points should be transferred automaticly to the To do list.

Saved Speaker Name Library with Voice Matching
Create a saved library of speaker names for quick selection. Ideally, this feature would work with voice recognition so Hinote can automatically match and assign the correct name from the library based on the speaker’s voice.

> Speaker Identification should be free !!!
The speaker identification feature really should be included for free. Without it, the transcripts lose much of their value because you can’t properly tell who said what. Honestly, it doesn’t look like a high-cost feature from the provider’s side, but without it the device feels incomplete and borderline unusable. Charging extra for something so essential feels wrong and makes the overall product less compelling.

Login in multiple locations
Logging in on my laptop will log me out on my desktop, same with mobile phone. It would be good to be able to stay logged in in multiple locations.

Integration with storage services
It will be useful to have your solution integrate and sync with popular storage services, such as DropboxGoogle DriveOffice365/Onedrive/Sharepoint This would upload transcriptions, summaries and recordings to a customer-owned server for backup. and allow customers to use local tools to search notes for keywords.

Export/download all audio files from the HiNotes website
I would like to export or download all audio files from the HiNotes website. Is there a smart or one-click way to do this?

Split speakers when identification doesn't recognise 2 speakers
Sometimes the speaker recongnition overlaps two speakers and refers to what two people have said as one speaker. I'd like to be able to split that and change the speaker name where it's incorrect.

Feature Request: Add a 3.5 mm (or USB-C) Headphone Port to the HiDock P1
First of all, I really like the concept of the HiDock P1. It’s a unique product that solves a real problem, especially for people who frequently record calls and meetings. However, I would like to suggest one hardware improvement that would make the device much more versatile: Please consider adding a wired headphone output in a future version—either: a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack, orUSB-C audio output supporting USB-C headsets. Why? Bluetooth audio is convenient, but it doesn’t always provide the best audio quality or the lowest latency. Many professionals still prefer wired headphones for: Better and more consistent audio qualityZero Bluetooth interference or connection issuesLower latency during long meetingsCompatibility with professional wired headsetsNo need to worry about charging Bluetooth headphones A wired output would also make the HiDock P1 attractive for users who already own high-quality wired headsets or who work in professional environments where reliability is more important than wireless convenience. I believe this small hardware addition would significantly expand the target audience without changing the core concept of the device. I would definitely buy a future version with this feature. Thanks for creating such an innovative product!
