It would be great to offer an optional mind map-style summary, similar to what PLAUD AI provides. This format gives a clear and visual structure to the conversation—breaking down key topics, subtopics, and connections between ideas. For users dealing with complex calls or meetings, a mind map can improve understanding, memory retention, and even presentation to colleagues or clients.

I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

I already pay subscriptions for OpenAI, Claude & Gemini. Allow me to leverage those for my transcription vs having to buy credits from you.

Create a saved library of speaker names for quick selection. Ideally, this feature would work with voice recognition so Hinote can automatically match and assign the correct name from the library based on the speaker’s voice.

While in a call if by mistake you interrupt recording and then start again to record, it will be helpful to have a feature to directly be able to combine multiple recordings and compile for 1 summary.

Guys, I love this product and would like to purchase it. The only thing that concerns me is the lack of the ask-ai feature, which allows us to speed up our workflow by avoiding having to listen every time we have a question, when we could simply ask and get an answer. To be honest, that's why I continue to use Otter.ai, even though it doesn't have the ability to record audio using AirPods. Please consider adding this feature and you will gain more and more customers. Thanks

The speaker identification feature really should be included for free. Without it, the transcripts lose much of their value because you can’t properly tell who said what. Honestly, it doesn’t look like a high-cost feature from the provider’s side, but without it the device feels incomplete and borderline unusable. Charging extra for something so essential feels wrong and makes the overall product less compelling.

I think it would be helpful if we could ask questions about the meeting content. For example, a question like “What was the date and time Mr. A suggested regarding ○○?” It would be great if the system could answer based on the transcript. To prevent hallucinations, I would like the answer to include the specific part of the transcript it was based on.

This section is redundant and takes up valuable real estate on the notes screen. The recent notes are already at the top of the notes list.

I love that I can transcribe a meeting into other languages, however, I would like to keep all versions. I mostly deal with English and Chinese. After a meeting, I transcribe and summarize the meeting. Then I want to provide a translated version for all of the Chinese speaking people that attended, but if I translate the transcription, I lose the original. I'm honestly not even sure what happens if I share a link to one and then re-summarize it into another language. Do I lose the first one? It no longer shows up in the HiNotes app. I mentioned adding a tag for "Live Translation" in another post, but maybe we should just have one for "Translations" to categorize all of them in one place. It is my hope that once the bugs get worked out of the Live Translation that it will be integrated into a normal meeting/recording. I feel like this could be combined into one thing, but I also do not develop software for a living, so......

Would be nice to be able to change date/time formats for local usage (like AM/PM for time and MM-DD-YYYY)

I have had several recordings where multiple people have been lumped into a long transcription assigned to a single speaker. This has even occurred when people have distinctly different voices. I think it would be useful to be able to highlight text from a transcription, right click, and assign to a different speaker.

Useful so users can leave the P1 on, pause recording during long lulls/breaks, then restart recording once back on topic. Avoids long stretches of silence (and helps us stop wasting Pro minutes!). I hate stopping then restarting a recording only for it to be split into two notes.

When I try to connect to my P1 on my Mac via the jensen.test.hidock.com website, there is a pop-up that says "connect failed." I have tried shutting down the browser, disconnecting and starting over, but the error never changes.
