I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

I already pay subscriptions for OpenAI, Claude & Gemini. Allow me to leverage those for my transcription vs having to buy credits from you.

If the call is cut, disconnected, you end up with several (2+) parts of the same meeting. I would like to be able to select several separate parts of the same meeting and merge them together into a single audio note to be transcribed and summarized.

Many users would really benefit from using the P1's built-in dual studio-level ECM microphones while connected to Bluetooth headphones. This is especially useful for those with headphones that have weaker microphones, like my Pixel Buds. The high-quality mics in the P1 could really improve audio clarity and communication across various applications, making it a great addition for all users. Can you integrate this functionality with the Bluecatch feature?

Create a saved library of speaker names for quick selection. Ideally, this feature would work with voice recognition so Hinote can automatically match and assign the correct name from the library based on the speaker’s voice.

I've had a couple of meetings where I get to the end, the notes transcribe, and HiDock didn't record the other person's side of the conversation. Just my side. I get that it could be permissions/settings on my side. But now I'm constantly trying to make sure its recording correctly. If there was a way to see a live recording like garage band or something where you can visible notice the sound waves going up and down as someone else spoke and you spoke, that would calm this anxiety completely. Love the HiDock

Add 2FA to login, please. I really don’t feel safe about keeping my transcripts online without 2FA, and there’s no option to have them offline in an offline app.

Would be great if BlueCatch could remember and connect with my headphones when I select BlueCatch if I have already connected them- without having to initiate pairing mode every time. Also I use my airpods and other bluetooth headphones back and forth between my computer and my phone... it would be great if when I switch devices it did not disconnect and reset bluecatch to where I have to go into pairing mode again and start all over each time. I hope that made sense. Please feel free to message me if it did not.

I've used Otter AI exclusively up to this point and while I see some similarities between this product and theirs, but you are missing a CRITICAL feature when it comes to editing the transcript. It's nice that the software will break up the transcript based on its analysis of who is the speaker, and that I can update the speakers with names and even edit the transcription if it didn't translate correctly - BUT I am noticing a crucial miss. There is a portion of my recording where the software is indicating a particular portion of the conversation was all from 1 speaker, but in reality it was speaker 1 and 2. I am trying to edit that particular sentence (really sentenceS since it was a combination of 2 people speaking) and while I can edit the text, I don't see the the ability to break up that sentence by multiple speakers: EX. the sentence in question goes as follows: the HiNotes app shows this all as speaker 2 "Please open the file is it Prod Dim Final" in reality speaker 2 said "please open the file" and I (speaker 1) said "Is it Prod Dim Final?" but all I can do is edit the text. I can't break up the sentence up by speaker and then designate who said what, which is HUGE miss. Please incorporate ASAP. I want to keep using the product otherwise it will just sit and collect dust - but I don't want to record a bunch of jumbled up conversations that I would then have to go back and edit way after the fact - it will just be a waste of my "valuable" Pro-Membership "quota"

Having the ability to just plug and connect with your meeting software is amazing. I understand the need for the bluecatch but taking a meeting through headphones when I have an office can be cumbersome and unnesseary.

A genuine app, not a chrome attempt, you share how much better your hardware is vs Plaud hardware but your software is miles behind them

I think it would be helpful if we could ask questions about the meeting content. For example, a question like “What was the date and time Mr. A suggested regarding ○○?” It would be great if the system could answer based on the transcript. To prevent hallucinations, I would like the answer to include the specific part of the transcript it was based on.

It would be helpful to have Start, Stop, and Pause buttons on the application instead of having to press the checkmark button on the device itself.

The HiDock P1 has a built-in microphone, but in Call Mode it only uses the microphone from connected Bluetooth headphones. If those headphones have poor mic quality or are not fully compatible (e.g. certain Samsung Galaxy Buds), the P1 ends up with no usable mic... even though it has one built-in 😉. Currently, there is no way to select the P1’s built-in microphone instead. I suggest adding a setting in the HiDock firmware or HiNotes app to allow users to select the P1’s built-in microphone as the audio input in Call Mode, while still routing audio output to Bluetooth headphones. Benefits: Ensures microphone input is always available, even with incompatible Bluetooth headsets.Allows users to take advantage of the P1’s (likely better) built-in microphone quality.Increases flexibility for online meetings and recordings. This would greatly improve the user experience for those who use their own headphones for listening only.

I have a Pro Membership. However, can we have an option to choose the standard Membership for transcription and AI summarization? so that it will not deduct my credit (minutes) from my Pro plan.
