  3. Action Item/Follow Up Aggregation

    I would love a place to find all my action items or followups. The summaries are great at generating next-steps and follow ups, but I have to click on each individual meeting and scroll to find them. It would be great if I could see all my check-boxes in one place in the app. Bonus points if I can sync those to something like Google Keep or Asana.

  4. > Speaker Identification should be free !!!

    The speaker identification feature really should be included for free. Without it, the transcripts lose much of their value because you can’t properly tell who said what. Honestly, it doesn’t look like a high-cost feature from the provider’s side, but without it the device feels incomplete and borderline unusable. Charging extra for something so essential feels wrong and makes the overall product less compelling.

  5. AI tasklist

    It would be very useful to have an option to view a task list on the homepage that automatically collects all tasks from the summary. I would prefer the tasks to be categorized by name, and it would be ideal if there were an option to group them by project as well.

  6. Rename recordings before summarizing

    In the β€œRecordings” tab, all files currently have default names like β€œ20250604-161356-Rec87.hda,” which makes it hard to identify them quickly. It would be very helpful to allow users to rename a recording manually before summarizing it, directly from the interface. This small improvement would make it easier to organize and locate specific meetings, especially for users handling multiple recordings per day.

  7. Combine multiple recordings for 1 summary

    While in a call if by mistake you interrupt recording and then start again to record, it will be helpful to have a feature to directly be able to combine multiple recordings and compile for 1 summary.

  8. Splitting Recording & Transcription

    My team uses a number of HiDocks and HiNotes Pro and have been getting great value from the AI transcription and Note Summary tools. We've had a number of cases were we had two meetings back to back that were unrelated and we would like to be able to split them into two different meetings as they were unrelated. Of course, this will help to ensure the summary and actions are not combined. Can you help with this?

    Similar to Pocket AI, you can download various files, like the full transcript, audio recording ai summary, action items or mind map. Or you can pick which one you want to send via email, or you can send them all. Please add this feature.

    Create a saved library of speaker names for quick selection. Ideally, this feature would work with voice recognition so Hinote can automatically match and assign the correct name from the library based on the speaker’s voice.

    Have a side-tab in the HiNotes app that correlates to-do lists in summaries (for example, ones generated in the standard meeting summary) Can be done either automatically or manually by an option in the export settings.

  14. Pause recording easily from the P1

    Useful so users can leave the P1 on, pause recording during long lulls/breaks, then restart recording once back on topic. Avoids long stretches of silence (and helps us stop wasting Pro minutes!). I hate stopping then restarting a recording only for it to be split into two notes.

  15. Feature Suggestion: Option to Switch Between PRO and Standard Transcription Credits During Transcription

    Hello HiNotes Team, I am currently subscribed to the HiNotes PRO plan and have been very satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you for providing such a useful service. I would like to share a usage scenario and kindly request your consideration. At the moment, when transcription is performed, the system automatically consumes PRO transcription credits first. However, not every meeting requires PRO-level transcription quality. For less critical or purely record-keeping meetings, the standard member transcription would be sufficient. Therefore, I would like to suggest adding an option during transcription that allows users to choose whether to use PRO transcription credits or standard member transcription credits. This would help users manage their credits more efficiently and avoid consuming PRO credits in situations where they are not necessary. This is simply a usage suggestion based on my experience. If there are current technical or product limitations, I would appreciate learning whether such an option might be considered in future updates. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
