  1. Saved Speaker Name Library with Voice Matching

Create a saved library of speaker names for quick selection. Ideally, this feature would work with voice recognition so Hinote can automatically match and assign the correct name from the library based on the speaker’s voice.

  2. Speaker identification

I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

  3. API connection for LLMs

I already pay subscriptions for OpenAI, Claude & Gemini. Allow me to leverage those for my transcription vs having to buy credits from you.

  4. Auto Upload to 3rd Party Service

It would be great to have the ability auto upload transcripts or meeting summaries to a 3rd party service like OneNote, google drive, Notion, Confluence, or other note taking apps that we likely use for our meetings or keeping track of things. I personally would like OneNote but I am looking at Notion as getting approval to integrate with OneNote for work might be hard.

  5. Make HiNotes available as a Claude Connector

Make HiNotes available as a Claude Connector to enable greater use of notes, such as adding to Claude Cowork workflows for daily summaries, or program progress updates across multiple meetings.

  6. Integrate with Other AI ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude/MS Copilot for Querying

I love this tool. BUT I would love to use this with my preferred AI for querying and using in various ways for work and personal life. I will pay more for this. I don't mind.

  7. Unlock Community-Led Integrations with an API or SDK

If you are thinking about integrations, I think developing a basic API where we can use to download our transcripts, audio, and summary would be excellent. It would be a simple solution that satisfies most people. Since we need to connect our device to a laptop or smartphone, a basic SDK would also be a nice solution. First, it would allow you to outsource the actual integration work to outside developers. Second, for people like me who write their own custom scripts, this would be obviously exactly spot on. I would personally use my P1 many times more often if this was possible. For example, I would write a script to automatically upload all my meeting transcripts to my research folder in Dropbox or push key action items from the summary into my Notion or Obsidian database.

  8. Note 3.0 - Need Download All Option.

Note 2.0 Has the feature to download all auto records to mp3 and in 3.0 it is missing. Now I have to download one at a time.

  9. More than one folder level to organise Notes

I would like at least two folder levels to organise my notes by. For example, I might want Work/Project-1 Work/Project-2 etc. folders, as well as Hobby/Topic-1, Hobby/Topic-2 folders. At the moment, the only possibility is to have more and more folders with this structure hidden via their folder names which is a mess to scroll.

  10. No adverts in HiNotes when I already have a paid subscription.

It is very annoying to see an advert every time I login, asking me to upgrade to the plan I already have. This comes across as very commercial and not a pleasant UI experience.

  11. Mind map summary format (visual overview)

It would be great to offer an optional mind map-style summary, similar to what PLAUD AI provides. This format gives a clear and visual structure to the conversation—breaking down key topics, subtopics, and connections between ideas. For users dealing with complex calls or meetings, a mind map can improve understanding, memory retention, and even presentation to colleagues or clients.

  12. ASk AI as a must have

Guys, I love this product and would like to purchase it. The only thing that concerns me is the lack of the ask-ai feature, which allows us to speed up our workflow by avoiding having to listen every time we have a question, when we could simply ask and get an answer. To be honest, that's why I continue to use Otter.ai, even though it doesn't have the ability to record audio using AirPods. Please consider adding this feature and you will gain more and more customers. Thanks

  13. > Speaker Identification should be free !!!

The speaker identification feature really should be included for free. Without it, the transcripts lose much of their value because you can’t properly tell who said what. Honestly, it doesn’t look like a high-cost feature from the provider’s side, but without it the device feels incomplete and borderline unusable. Charging extra for something so essential feels wrong and makes the overall product less compelling.

  14. Request for a feature to ask questions about meeting content.

I think it would be helpful if we could ask questions about the meeting content. For example, a question like “What was the date and time Mr. A suggested regarding ○○?” It would be great if the system could answer based on the transcript. To prevent hallucinations, I would like the answer to include the specific part of the transcript it was based on.

  15. HiNote Date Time Customization

Would be nice to be able to change date/time formats for local usage (like AM/PM for time and MM-DD-YYYY)
