Make HiNotes available as a Claude Connector to enable greater use of notes, such as adding to Claude Cowork workflows for daily summaries, or program progress updates across multiple meetings.

Currently, every recording is processed as Transcription + Summarization bundled together — there's no way to run transcription on its own. Previously, a transcription-only option was available, and I'd like to see it brought back as a choice. Why this matters: Speed: Skipping summarization should make processing faster, especially for long recordings Cost / resource efficiency: Summarization uses extra AI processing that not everyone needs every time Use case fit: For interviews, lectures, legal/medical notes, or verbatim records, the summary isn't needed — sometimes it just adds noise User control: Let users decide per recording whether they want a summary or not How it should work: Before (or after) recording, let the user choose one of: Transcription only Transcription + Summarization (current default) The summary could also be made an on-demand action — generated later with one click — instead of always running automatically.

In the “Recordings” tab, all files currently have default names like “20250604-161356-Rec87.hda,” which makes it hard to identify them quickly. It would be very helpful to allow users to rename a recording manually before summarizing it, directly from the interface. This small improvement would make it easier to organize and locate specific meetings, especially for users handling multiple recordings per day.

Whisper mode has enormous potential, but in its current state, it's not particularly useful. I want to spend my day dictating ideas, notes, tasks, and appointments, with this information automatically organizing itself into my existing workflow. Current Problem: Right now, I avoid using Whisper mode entirely because captured content gets stored indefinitely without any way to integrate it into my productivity systems. This creates a data silo that defeats the purpose of quick voice capture. What I Need: Tool Integration: Direct connections to platforms like Notion, Todoist, Google Calendar, Readwise, etc. Smart Routing: Automatic categorization and routing of dictated content (notes → Notion, tasks → task manager, appointments → calendar) Actionable Output: Voice captures should become immediately usable in my existing workflow, not isolated text files Why This Matters: Voice capture should enhance productivity, not create additional work. Without integration capabilities, Whisper mode is just another disconnected tool that requires manual transfer of information—exactly what voice input should eliminate. The goal is seamless capture-to-action: speak an idea, and have it automatically appear in the right place in my productivity ecosystem.

Ability to select multiple notes(after transcribe and summary) from home screen to export in some format, like TXT. The main use case is for the user has multiple meetings where a project is mentioned and he would like to use the transcript from each meeting to run through another LLM to get a summary of certain project which is talked about/ mentioned in each transcipt. currently, user does not have a method to select multiple transcript to export, this needs to be done one-by-one.

It will be useful to have your solution integrate and sync with popular storage services, such as DropboxGoogle DriveOffice365/Onedrive/Sharepoint This would upload transcriptions, summaries and recordings to a customer-owned server for backup. and allow customers to use local tools to search notes for keywords.

This was really helpful in 2.0 and now I am having to resummarize due to edits I make in the transcript not being incorporated in the first pass. It wastes extra time

I propose extending the HiNotes feature beyond audio/video files to improve transcriptions and summaries across various areas, including documents, presentations, and PDF files. This expansion would allow users to upload and process a wider range of file formats, enhancing the functionality and utility of HiNotes.

A have both linux and windows on my pc. P1 work fine when I use windows but I'm unable to connect P1 when i'm using linux, wich a use most of the time for work

Please create a simple REST API which will return notes, whispers etc. so it can be accessed from anywhere else outside of the website. This would allow any user himself to create integrations to systems they need and it would require very small efforts from your side. If you want, I can propose a datamodel. Currently this would only be possible by RPA leveraging your user interface which isn't ideal for automations. You may consider to support to summarize notes for a certain time range via API aswell.

Please create infographics from the notes to enhance memory and understanding.

I want to pull my daily notes and pull them into my workflow tooling. Some may want to pull this into their AI Agent Framework like Claude Code, Claude CoWork, Amazon Quick, Kiro, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, etc. The tools will change, but the source data export is too manual here. I don't consider this my unified AI Agent application, this is a tool to capture notes. These notes need to be exported automatically, or people will move to other tools that can be.
