Submit IdeaNot connecting P1
When I try to connect to my P1 on my Mac via the jensen.test.hidock.com website, there is a pop-up that says "connect failed." I have tried shutting down the browser, disconnecting and starting over, but the error never changes.

Issues setting up shortcode for Vibe Mic - MacBook Air M1
I managed to update and connect the P1 to my MacBook, but I can't set the keyboard shortcut "Dictate" to the right Option key. The key is not accepted as a single key - only paired with another key. Did I misunderstand the instructions, or where else besides the keyboard settings could I set up the shortcut? Thanks for your help! Best, René

Avoid creating persistent whispers for each dictation
Currently, each Typeless dictation or question leads to creating a whisper file. Is there any way to configure it (meaning, have the choice to remove them automatically) ?

My results and issues with Vibe Mic
I've managed to pair with Windows. Didn't seem to pair straight away and seemed to take a while to display as a bluetooth device once setup, i configured Wispr Flow (the app I currently use). It seemed to go really well with the setup and initial views I can see its picking up the voice and working, but for some reason when using the P1 as as the vibe control and mic (pushing, holding the disc) and then speaking it wouldn't work as expected. Wispr flow would detect what i've said but would paste the result. When in terminal, it would seem it would be using ctrl + v sending in the special character rather than typing out the text. When moving back to the standard keyboard shortcuts the behaviour works as expected. Provides a different experience for some reason out of the P1, which I didn't expect. I also used Typeless to see if it was an app compatibility difference, but this was less successful. Most of the time it would report as no audio, and it was not clear on the P1 being a device when selecting.

Vibe mic tests

Connect our own AIs so we can ask in context
All our context doesn’t always come from meetings. Sometimes we need information from external sources, from ideas we’ve developed across multiple inputs. We also use our AIs as a second brain, ping-ponging ideas and refining concepts iteratively. To have the full picture, we need to centralize that context instead of fragmenting it across tools. That’s why I’m proposing either enabling integration between our AIs here, or establishing a direct and secure data flow between systems. This would allow us to maintain continuity, preserve institutional knowledge, and improve decision-making without duplicating effort or losing context

Vibe Mic – First test results and questions
I ran an initial test with the following setup, but the feature does not work as expected: • Windows 11 on a Surface Pro • Connected devices: P1, H1E, Insta360 Link 2 (which can be used as Mics)... During the Sound Check in the Settings menu, the section “Device for speaking or recording” recognizes the P1 only as a headphone, not as a microphone, and the P1 does not receive or record any audio. I also have a question regarding the P1 keyboard function: I would like to test this feature and assign a different key combination to the Wheel for use in the Windows environment — for example [WIN] + [H]. Is this currently supported, or planned for a future update?

The app is not detecting the P1 deevice mic
Something fun that I just discovered: if I'm using another microphone (for example, the Elgato mic) and I also have the HiDock P1 connected with the orange light, the dial button actually doesn't work. Even though the mic is muted, if I try to speak, it won't work. As a summary, the app works with the keyboard I'm using right now. However, when I try to use it with the HiDock P1, it isn't working. I saw the other post where they mentioned whether to keep the button pressed or just press it once. In my case: The light of the dial turns orange when I press it.The second time I press it, the orange light turns off. So far, I don't believe it's working for me when I have another mic connected. I'm not sure if I should change the mic configuration on the Typeless app. Just let me know.

Activation for Dictation
One thing I may have missed, or perhaps it was just unclear to me, is how the button functions. I was under the impression that I had to press and hold the button as I do for Whisper, and while that does work, it is not required. If you just click and let go, a voice bar appears at the bottom. You can speak as needed without holding the button the entire time, and then click it again to turn it off (which is what I am doing right now).
