Submit IdeaSpeaker identification
I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

Mobile phone app
A genuine app, not a chrome attempt, you share how much better your hardware is vs Plaud hardware but your software is miles behind them

API connection for LLMs
I already pay subscriptions for OpenAI, Claude & Gemini. Allow me to leverage those for my transcription vs having to buy credits from you.

Live View of Recording
I've had a couple of meetings where I get to the end, the notes transcribe, and HiDock didn't record the other person's side of the conversation. Just my side. I get that it could be permissions/settings on my side. But now I'm constantly trying to make sure its recording correctly. If there was a way to see a live recording like garage band or something where you can visible notice the sound waves going up and down as someone else spoke and you spoke, that would calm this anxiety completely. Love the HiDock

Add 2FA
Add 2FA to login, please. I really donβt feel safe about keeping my transcripts online without 2FA, and thereβs no option to have them offline in an offline app.

Rename recordings before summarizing
In the βRecordingsβ tab, all files currently have default names like β20250604-161356-Rec87.hda,β which makes it hard to identify them quickly. It would be very helpful to allow users to rename a recording manually before summarizing it, directly from the interface. This small improvement would make it easier to organize and locate specific meetings, especially for users handling multiple recordings per day.

Merge several notes into one
If the call is cut, disconnected, you end up with several (2+) parts of the same meeting. I would like to be able to select several separate parts of the same meeting and merge them together into a single audio note to be transcribed and summarized.

ASk AI as a must have
Guys, I love this product and would like to purchase it. The only thing that concerns me is the lack of the ask-ai feature, which allows us to speed up our workflow by avoiding having to listen every time we have a question, when we could simply ask and get an answer. To be honest, that's why I continue to use Otter.ai, even though it doesn't have the ability to record audio using AirPods. Please consider adding this feature and you will gain more and more customers. Thanks

Integrate with Google Drive
I want to integrate this with Google Drive so that I can use my GPT sub to manage my workflows, tasks, and due outs across multiple projects. This would be beneficial to anyone in a management position who spends most of their time in meetings to give taskings to their teams.

Request for a feature to ask questions about meeting content.
I think it would be helpful if we could ask questions about the meeting content. For example, a question like βWhat was the date and time Mr. A suggested regarding ββ?β It would be great if the system could answer based on the transcript. To prevent hallucinations, I would like the answer to include the specific part of the transcript it was based on.

Enable call recording from a phone
I wish I could connect the Hidock P1 to my phone and have my phone think the Hidock is a speaker and microphone. It is inconvenient to have to hook up my Hidock to my computer, then figure out how to do a phone call through my computer in order to record a call. Being able to connect the Hidock to my phone directly would be much more simple and covenient.

Mind map summary format (visual overview)
It would be great to offer an optional mind map-style summary, similar to what PLAUD AI provides. This format gives a clear and visual structure to the conversationβbreaking down key topics, subtopics, and connections between ideas. For users dealing with complex calls or meetings, a mind map can improve understanding, memory retention, and even presentation to colleagues or clients.
