I already pay subscriptions for OpenAI, Claude & Gemini. Allow me to leverage those for my transcription vs having to buy credits from you.

All our context doesn’t always come from meetings. Sometimes we need information from external sources, from ideas we’ve developed across multiple inputs. We also use our AIs as a second brain, ping-ponging ideas and refining concepts iteratively. To have the full picture, we need to centralize that context instead of fragmenting it across tools. That’s why I’m proposing either enabling integration between our AIs here, or establishing a direct and secure data flow between systems. This would allow us to maintain continuity, preserve institutional knowledge, and improve decision-making without duplicating effort or losing context

I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

In the “Recordings” tab, all files currently have default names like “20250604-161356-Rec87.hda,” which makes it hard to identify them quickly. It would be very helpful to allow users to rename a recording manually before summarizing it, directly from the interface. This small improvement would make it easier to organize and locate specific meetings, especially for users handling multiple recordings per day.

Guys, I love this product and would like to purchase it. The only thing that concerns me is the lack of the ask-ai feature, which allows us to speed up our workflow by avoiding having to listen every time we have a question, when we could simply ask and get an answer. To be honest, that's why I continue to use Otter.ai, even though it doesn't have the ability to record audio using AirPods. Please consider adding this feature and you will gain more and more customers. Thanks

Whisper mode has enormous potential, but in its current state, it's not particularly useful. I want to spend my day dictating ideas, notes, tasks, and appointments, with this information automatically organizing itself into my existing workflow. Current Problem: Right now, I avoid using Whisper mode entirely because captured content gets stored indefinitely without any way to integrate it into my productivity systems. This creates a data silo that defeats the purpose of quick voice capture. What I Need: Tool Integration: Direct connections to platforms like Notion, Todoist, Google Calendar, Readwise, etc. Smart Routing: Automatic categorization and routing of dictated content (notes → Notion, tasks → task manager, appointments → calendar) Actionable Output: Voice captures should become immediately usable in my existing workflow, not isolated text files Why This Matters: Voice capture should enhance productivity, not create additional work. Without integration capabilities, Whisper mode is just another disconnected tool that requires manual transfer of information—exactly what voice input should eliminate. The goal is seamless capture-to-action: speak an idea, and have it automatically appear in the right place in my productivity ecosystem.

Allow more than one calendar integration. I have multiple google accounts for work, personal, nonprofit etc. Only allowing one calendar integration is very limiting.

Could we have direct access to GPT-5 within HiNotes, leveraging our subscription without needing to switch to ChatGPT on the web? The idea is to enable a native chat interface with GPT-5—just like chat.openai.com—but directly inside HiNotes. This would streamline the workflow, centralize AI usage, and make HiNotes even more powerful as a single workspace.

I love this tool. BUT I would love to use this with my preferred AI for querying and using in various ways for work and personal life. I will pay more for this. I don't mind.

I would like to be able to connect my P1 or P1 Mini to my phone, tablet or computer to be able to retrieve the recordings rather than going to the HiNotes website and retrieving files from there.

If you are thinking about integrations, I think developing a basic API where we can use to download our transcripts, audio, and summary would be excellent. It would be a simple solution that satisfies most people. Since we need to connect our device to a laptop or smartphone, a basic SDK would also be a nice solution. First, it would allow you to outsource the actual integration work to outside developers. Second, for people like me who write their own custom scripts, this would be obviously exactly spot on. I would personally use my P1 many times more often if this was possible. For example, I would write a script to automatically upload all my meeting transcripts to my research folder in Dropbox or push key action items from the summary into my Notion or Obsidian database.

I'd like the ability to select multiple meetings for summarization, as well as having a task list log. A lot of my meetings drive tasks, but they get lost because there isn't a task page that can show a list of tasks assigned.

Would be good to be able to use my headphone to listen to conversations rather than the default earpiece that comes with the device. I believe this can be done using the BlueCatch capability built into the P1?

I'm pretty sure many people using the H1e would agree with me. I've only been using the earpiece for about six months or so, but I find it difficult to wear. I understand there's a "break-in" period or adjustment process, but if possible, please consider designing a new earpiece whether in-ear or over-the-ear, it doesn't matter to me. I'm even willing to pay extra for a more comfortable option.

Nested folder structure would be beneficial to organize information Ex: Company (parent) -> Payroll (child) -> HR (child) -> IT (child) -> Benefits (child) OR Project Name (parent) -> Introduction (child) -> KT information (child) -> Client Interactions (child) -> Support (child) Where the child items are sub folders within the parent.
