HiNotes App Beta Test for iOS
Dear Meeting Heroes, Happy to invite you to join HiNotes App Beta for iOS. How? First, please use your Desktop computer to update HiDock P1 to firmware v1.2.18 (or newer). Then, please install the beta app from TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/frUvTHk1 After installation, please log-in with your HiNotes account, you can start test with us. Make sure you plug-in your P1 to your iPhone with the USB-C cable. What? What to expect? We just finished the major functions: device connect, recording transfer and transcribe. You can also do device firmware OTA update, and delete your recordings. More functions are under development, we also would like to listen to your ideas. Issues? Please report your issues here. And make sure you read this known issue list: Repeated Notes: if you have a recording, transcribed from Desktop HiNotes, and from the App, you can see it as new recording, you can transcribe again.Stability: sometimes the app will freeze when transferring recordings, you will need to plug out P1 and plug in again Android? We are also working on Android, plan to start beta test in middle of August. We appreciate your test and feedbacks. Best, Team HiDock

HiNotes Beta Test for Android
I believe that you are working on the Android app. Can you get the link for the beta test? P1 mini without both iPhone and Android apps will not be as successful as it could be.

A tab that automatically shows the notes that are not filed in other custome tabs
I file my notes in custom tabs but when I upload new notes there is no way of visualising what notes are files and what ones are not which I find very annoying. Even something on the note tile that shows where it is would be helpful. Thanks

Audio Upload from Mobile App
If you donβt have your HiDock device or are using an external microphone to record, having the ability to upload from the mobile app rather than the website would be very helpful. That way you can get a transcript and summary without having to transfer the recording to your computer.

Ability to manage device storage for chose to keep in local device for upload to HiNotes
The function Iβd like HiNotes to have is the ability to manage my deviceβs storage in a flexible way. I want to be able to easily see which files or data are currently stored on my device, and which have already been uploaded to HiNotes. Iβd like a clear window or interface in the app that lists files kept locally and those ready to upload. This way, I can decide which files to keep on my device, which ones I want to upload to HiNotes, or quickly remove files from my device once theyβre uploaded. It would be great if thereβs an automatic suggestion system too. For example, if there are large files, rarely used files, or ones that have already been backed up, the app could recommend that I upload them to the cloud or remove them. That would help me save space on my phone without having to check each file myself.

Control and status of P1 in HiNotes
It would be great to be able to control the P1 in the HiNotes app or at least to have the status of the P1 show when connected to the computer. I tend to click on the wheel button instead of the HiDock key to start a recording and fumble around to figure it out, especially when I'm rushing to start a recording.

Refresh or sync button on HiNotes app once meeting/recording is finished to upload new recording
Im only just playing with a few test recordings after receiving my P1 today, but Im finding it frustrating that I need to unplug/plug back in or turn off/on the device to have the new recording uploaded. Is this a feature already i am missing?

Legacy Devices (iPhone 14 and older)
With the development of the iOS native app, is this the opportunity to introduce legacy support connecting the P1 to an older device and record similarly to newer devices?
