It would be great to offer an optional mind map-style summary, similar to what PLAUD AI provides. This format gives a clear and visual structure to the conversation—breaking down key topics, subtopics, and connections between ideas. For users dealing with complex calls or meetings, a mind map can improve understanding, memory retention, and even presentation to colleagues or clients.

I love this tool. BUT I would love to use this with my preferred AI for querying and using in various ways for work and personal life. I will pay more for this. I don't mind.

All our context doesn’t always come from meetings. Sometimes we need information from external sources, from ideas we’ve developed across multiple inputs. We also use our AIs as a second brain, ping-ponging ideas and refining concepts iteratively. To have the full picture, we need to centralize that context instead of fragmenting it across tools. That’s why I’m proposing either enabling integration between our AIs here, or establishing a direct and secure data flow between systems. This would allow us to maintain continuity, preserve institutional knowledge, and improve decision-making without duplicating effort or losing context

It would be great to be able to pause a recording mid meeting and then resume the recording. I am thinking when something sensitive is about to be said, the user could push a button to pause the recording. When they are ready to keep recording the same meeting/session, resume that recording.

I have the same people in meetings after but I have to name them each time. Otter ai has auto-speaker detection which is great. Would love to see this added.

It would be great to have the ability auto upload transcripts or meeting summaries to a 3rd party service like OneNote, google drive, Notion, Confluence, or other note taking apps that we likely use for our meetings or keeping track of things. I personally would like OneNote but I am looking at Notion as getting approval to integrate with OneNote for work might be hard.

Make HiNotes available as a Claude Connector to enable greater use of notes, such as adding to Claude Cowork workflows for daily summaries, or program progress updates across multiple meetings.

I would like to see iPadOS software to look and act like the Desktop/PC interface, especially with HiDock P1.

Searching an interacting with all the meeting recordings in a human-like fashion through an AI chatbot. Plaud and Otter AI have this functionality, and is hugely beneficial.

Wondershare Filmora has a tool (WHICH IS NOT WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) that is responsible for detecting silence in the audios, in the application it allows you to define a volume threshold percentage, minimum duration seconds between segments and buffer, making the recordings smaller in size and above all when playing them not having these annoying empty spaces, in addition this could help improve the computational efficiency of the transcription and accelerate its processing speed I would love for Hidock to have an option on the website to enable the option to automatically remove empty silences from recordings!

Allow user to add list of Domain-Specific Terminology, a mapping of the terminology and the explanation. So that when performing the transcript or the meeting note generation, this can be the input to increase the accuracy. I will be nice if import and export can be enabled as well.

This maybe an edge case but I use the P1 Mini, switching the device between a Samsung S25 and Fold 7. The hinotes app on android seems to enforce only one app login at a time. If I log in to hinotes on one phone, the hinotes on the other phone kick me out with message "session timeout". I then have to enter credentials to log back in. This is not an issue with desktop hinotes. If simultaneous logins cannot be supported, how about enabling biometric login? Thank you for your time and consideration

Wireless earphones connected via BlueCatch currently remain in the paired devices list permanently. Even after I no longer own or use a specific device, it continues to show up on the list with no way to remove it. I would like to request the implementation of a feature that allows users to easily delete or unpair old devices from the list. This would help keep the device list clean, organized, and much easier to manage for anyone who frequently connects different earphones.

Please create infographics from the notes to enhance memory and understanding.
